For automotive controllers, battery management systems, drive motor controllers, and other modules, HGTECH provides a variety of intelligent equipment, including battery welding, inverter welding, IGBT capacitor copper busbar welding, AMB substrate integrated pin welding, power module cleaning, power block casing marking, flat wire laser paint stripping and welding, and stator laser cutting.

Copper Busbar Laser Welding Equipment

The equipment is used for connecting IGBT modules to copper busbars (buses), ensuring effective current flow and heat dissipation. The system mainly consists of a fiber laser system, an electric three-axis operating platform, and a quality inspection system. The single weld seam width is only 5mm, with a yield rate of 99.99%. The average welding time per seam is 0.7–1 second, and the average tensile strength of the weld point after welding is >1000N, offering high efficiency and stability.

Ceramic Copper Clad Board + Pin Laser Welding Equipment

The equipment is used for welding the ceramic copper clad board and pin inside the IGBT power module, replacing traditional processes such as brazing, soldering, and ultrasonic welding, thereby improving yield efficiency. The system mainly consists of a fiber laser system, a feeding and clamping pressure mechanism, and a detection and positioning system. The welding yield rate is 99.99%, with no breakdown. The tensile strength of a single pin is >100N, the welding depth accuracy is ±0.5mm, and the welding time is <0.2 seconds.

Copper Busbar Laser Cleaning Equipment

The equipment is used for cleaning oxides, dirt, and impurities from the surface of copper busbars. The system mainly consists of a fiber laser system, a visual positioning system, a smoke purifier, and several other components. It can clean copper materials to a high cleanliness level of 0, with a surface roughness after cleaning of Ra<3 and Rz<15. Through visual positioning, height compensation, and other functions, precise control is achieved, with an average cleaning time of only 1 to 1.3 seconds.

High-Speed Flat Wire Laser Paint Stripping Intelligent Equipment

The equipment is used for removing the paint from flat copper wires before shaping the stator of the motor. It consists of a CO2 laser system and a pulsed laser system. The cleaning is thorough and high-speed, achieving complete, pollution-free stripping without the need for tool replacement. It does not induce stress on the flat wire, nor does it damage the copper wire.

Large-Format Flat Wire Laser Welding Intelligent Equipment

The equipment is used for welding flat copper wires in the stator of flat-wire motors. It consists of an annular dual-spot laser welding system, a large-format visual guidance system, and an XYZR four-axis rotating moving platform. It enables high-power, small-spot welding. The welding process not only prevents damage to the insulation layer but also avoids spattering. The welding time per point is 0.15–0.25 seconds, with a weld point tensile strength greater than 500N.
